Benefícios do treinamento funcional
Segundo a professora Laura, o treino funcional veio a beneficiar todas as populações desde as crianças até os idosos. Cabe aos professores de Educação Física elaborar a progressão do treinamento de forma objetiva e cautelosa em relação as necessidades e habilidades.
“O próprio nome emite o significado de melhorar a função de determinada condição. Técnicos, treinadores e personal trainer utilizavam o método com o intuito de fortalecimento articular e muscular de atletas e no trabalho das funções musculares, através das cadeias cinéticas”, ressalta a profissional.
Principais vantagens: Redução de lesões pelo princípio da progressão, treinar as áreas envolvidas para trabalhar da mesma maneira que serão utilizadas em determinadas atividades, a força é desenvolvida com objetivo de melhora nas habilidades e não pelo aumento da força, propicia o trabalho de movimentos globais e específicos realizados com materiais como: elásticos, bolas, bosu, suspensão.
Benefícios do treinamento em circuito
Já o circuito também é motivante e o aspecto social o torna atrativo, por otimizar o tempo e apresentar variações constantes dos exercícios quanto a forma de execução e as diversidades dos recursos materiais. O treinamento é essencial para melhorar o condicionamento aeróbico, a resistência muscular, equilíbrio e agilidade.
“É importante ressaltar que, se o circuito for realizado ao ar livre e principalmente na areia, cabe ao professor organizar e adaptar o aluno e prezar pela sua segurança e progressão da intensidade e volume, pois a areia compromete algumas funções e benefícios quando comparadas a superfície rígida”, finaliza a profissional.
