O QUE É JAZZ?
São movimentos expressivos e coreografados em harmonia com os ritmos musicais e o intuito de dançar. Os passos têm uma ligação com o “sentimento” do ritmo musical. É ele que estimula a emoção e a expressão da dança realizada. Percebemos que uma pequena coreografia pode ser feita em vários ritmos, diferentes um do outro, mudando apenas a expressão, o gesto e a intenção dada pelo ritmo. Nesta aula não são descartados alguns exercícios do ballet clássico. Um dos principais objetivos do jazz além de ser uma forma a mais de dançar, é resgatar de maneira educativa, alegre, saudável e prazerosa a arte de dançar, de conhecer o nosso corpo e nossa mente para podermos nos integrar e administrar nossa saúde, relembrando aquilo que sempre foi o impulso da vida de todo ser humano: o entusiasmo, a motivação e a alegria
