Aula de Futevôlei
O futevôlei é uma modalidade esportiva que mistura vôlei e futebol. Futevôlei é um esporte com rede divisória popularmente praticado em praias. É jogado entre duas equipes de dois jogadores cada e proporciona inúmeros benefícios aos praticantes.O esporte tem potencialidade para proporcionar inúmeros benefícios para o bem-estar e a qualidade de vida dos praticantes.
Músculos: as movimentações requeridas para a prática dessa modalidade favorece a tonificação muscular, especialmente do abdômen, do quadril e das pernas.
Condicionamento: a movimentação corporal realizada durante a prática do futevôlei melhora o condicionamento físico, contribui para o desempenho adequado das funções de manutenção postural e execução de movimentos desempenhadas; cardiorrespiratória.
Coordenação: os movimentos técnicos e as estratégias de deslocamento e ações de jogo contribuem para desenvolver a coordenação motora dos praticantes de futevôlei.
